Roasted Tomatoes and Kale Pasta

Ingredients:

16oz Penne Rigate
1 bunch of Kale
4 cloves of garlic
18oz Cherry Tomatoes
3tbsp Olive Oil
Salt
Pepper
Tapatio

Directions

Preparation
Preheat Oven to 400 degrees
Sauce

  1. Prepare in a bowl
  2. Separate the kale leaves from the stem and chop the leaves
    Roll them up length wise and cut them in 4 sections along the length
  3. Mince the 4 cloves of garlic
  4. Add the 18oz cherry tomatoes whole
  5. Add Salt, Pepper, and Tapatio to taste
  6. Mix ingredients and then add to a glass baking dish
  7. Cook in the oven for 30 minutes.

Pasta

  1. Prepare a pot of boiling salted water
  2. Cook pasta in pot of boiling water for 10 minutes

Prepare

  1. Bake the sauce for 30 minutes
  2. Start the pasta 20 minutes into the sauce cooking for best results
  3. Strain Pasta
  4. Mix the Sauce and Pasta
  5. Enjoy!
